10 out of 10 for me! Michael and his team are amazing. We have used their services twice this year, as new home buyers we didn’t have all the money upfront to do all the renovations. Michael and Jessica worked with us to provide a quote that we could choose which service we could afford at each stage. Last year 2021 we purchased a home in Belleville to use as an income property. The house was very old and required a ton of work. As young parents we were a little concerned of the overall costs that were associated with the renovation. Thankfully, Michael was able to explain to us which items were most important, like structural and electrical. Since using it as a rental, safety for the potential tenants was the main priority. After that we were able to work with Michael and his partner Jessica to determine the best materials for rental units that would withstand the wear and tear but also not cost us an arm and a leg. Since then we have rented the home for well above what we originally thought we could! We are hoping to purchase another property this year and Michael and his team will be our first choice!
